Can I renew my tickets and POSSE donation at the same time?
You may renew your tickets and pay your POSSE donation at the same time by calling the Athletics Ticket Office (877-ALL-4-OSU). A representative can assist you in both processes with one phone call. You can also renew your tickets and POSSE donations online at okstate.com.

Is there a payment plan for donations, donor seating and season tickets?
A number of convenient payment plans are available. Your scheduled donation may be paid out automatically via credit card or bank draft. Please note that Priority Points are calculated based on payment received.

When will I receive my POSSE renewal statement?
POSSE renewals are mailed early in the year for football donor seating and later in the spring for men’s basketball donor seating and all other gifts. The deadline to renew football season tickets and football donor seating is May 1.

When will I receive my POSSE benefit packet?
POSSE benefit packets are distributed in August, prior to the first home football game.

How are benefits issued for new donor seating purchases made after the deadline?
Gifts to donor seating made after June 30 will be credited in the giving year that correlates to that sport season. Example: Pete already has 2017 football season tickets. His donation for donor seating is due no later than June 30, 2017, earning benefits (such as parking) for the 2017 football season. In September of 2017, Pete purchases Wrestling season tickets in a donor seating section. His required donation will be credited to the current Wrestling season (rather than be applied toward the next giving year). All other gifts — except donor seating — made after the June 30 deadline will be applied to the 2018 giving year, unless part of a prior payment plan.

Is my gift to the POSSE tax-deductible?
Yes. IRS guidelines rule all contributions as tax-deductible, varying in percentages. The OSU Foundation will mail an official tax receipt once the gift is received. It is recommended that individuals consult their tax adviser regarding specific tax issues. Click here for more tax information.

How can I improve my seat location?
Seat upgrades for both Football and Men’s Basketball will be handled electronically using the Virtual Venue tool: Boone Pickens Stadium Virtual Venue / Gallagher-Iba Arena Virtual Venue.

How has the Priority Point system changed?
Gifts made to the POSSE are valued at three Priority Points per $100 donated and will continue at this rate. Planned giving receives 1 point per $100.

How do I get an OSU Athletics account manager account?
If you are a current POSSE Member or a season ticket holder you already have an account with us. Click here to go to the account manager log-in page. If you are not a POSSE member or season ticket holder, you will need to sign up for one, which you can do in the box provided at the bottom of the screen.

How do I change my contact information?
Under the Account Manager “Settings” section click on “Edit Profile.” You can then edit all of your personal information such as address, phone, and email.
